Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) is an ongoing centrally sponsored scheme started
from XI Five Year Plan period.
has been approved to continue as RKVY- Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture
and Allied sector Rejuvenation (RKVY-RAFTAAR) for three years i.e. 2017-18 to
scheme will incentivize States in enhancing more allocation to Agriculture to
achieve 4% growth rate.

executing programmes for investment in agriculture and allied sectors.
